Spring at Reinbek castle

The Easter Craft Market has been taking place in Reinbek Castle for 30 years. The organizers -Renate Köhnemann from Reinbek and Karin Brunier from Escheburg - put together a colourful mix of exhibitors from a variety of industries every year. The market offers a wide range of handicrafts. In addition to everything to do with Easter, there are products from the fields of ceramics, wood, paper, leather, glass, painting, felt, textiles for adults and children, as well as sculptures and jewelry.
The castle is decorated with spring flowers and invites you to look and buy.
The South Stormarn Women’s Institute (LandFrauenVerein Südstormarn e.V.) has a café open in the Old Kitchen and enjoys entertaining large numbers of guests. The delicious range of cakes and sandwiches is always in demand. The proceeds go to a charity.

Admission to the Easter Craft Market is 4 Euros. Children up to 12 years have free entry. As the parking spaces at the castle are limited, visitors are kindly requested to use public transport. Guests arriving by S-Bahn can easily use the Reinbek S-Bahn station exit on the castle side.

The next Easter handicrafts market will take place on Saturday 18. and Sunday 19. of March 2023.
