Ticket reservations for events in Reinbek Castle and in Neuschönningstedt Community Centre are possible with your name, postal address, as well as the exact number of seats and the desired price group. We are happy to make reservations for groups. Please inquire at our KulturKasse about possible discounts.
You will receive a written reservation confirmation by post.

Picking up tickets:
Reserved tickets can be picked up and paid for at any time during opening hours at the KulturKasse in the town library or at the event box office in the respective event centre from one hour before the start of the event until shortly before the start.
You can pay in cash and with debit card at the KulturKasse and at the box office in the castle.
At the box office in the BeGe (Neuschönningstedt), payment is only possible in cash.

Purchased tickets cannot be returned.
Reservations are generally binding. A partial or complete cancellation is possible in writing up to four working days before the booked event. Seats reserved for you do not go back to free ticket sales. Reserved but not collected tickets will be charged for.
